Which starts from the historic Dellarole rice variety,
grown by Una Garlanda in a completely
natural, to transform itself, thanks to the traditional technique
Japanese, in fermented koji rice.
Sake is a fermented rice drink.
The origins of this traditional alcoholic beverage began in China,
then developed throughout the East and arrived in the West.
The ingredients are few and simple:
rice, water, and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae, also called “koji”
which is mainly responsible for the transformation of rice starches
during the fermentation process.
Garlanda sake is an all-Italian product
which includes in the traditional Japanese recipe the historic Dellarole rice variety which is also well suited to this particular use.
Thanks to selected yeasts and pure Belluno waters, Dellarole rice
produces an “explosive” alcoholic transformation to the advantage of a flavour
goes well with many preparations.
Serve chilled between 6°C/10°C.
Store upright in a cool, sheltered place
from light. It can form natural sediment on the bottom.
