General conditions of sale
1. By placing an order on the online shop https://www.unagarlanda.it/ , owned by the Una Garlanda Farm by Stocchi Brothers and Co. with headquarters at Cascina dell'Angelo, 13040 Rovasenda (VC) (hereinafter also referred to as Una Garlanda ) the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
2. The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
In the event of unexpected unavailability of the goods and non-acceptance of the order, no charge will be made to the Customer.
How to purchase
3. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the system via an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time of the order, an "Order Number," and a "Customer Code," which must be used in all further communications with the system.
4. It is the Customer's responsibility to register with correct data and keep such data updated using the login credentials.
Payment Methods
5. The purchase of goods is foreseen with payment method via advance bank transfer and credit card/debit card . All credit/debit card payments will be handled through PayPal .
6. All amounts displayed are expressed in Euro , which is the reference currency.
Delivery methods and costs
7. Orders are currently only accepted for delivery within Italy.
8. For each order placed, a valid tax document, receipt, or, upon request, an invoice will be issued and attached. The invoice will be sent via email to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
9. Delivery/collection costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Some promotions may offer discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders over a certain value determined by the offer itself. FREE SHIPPING for orders over €150.
10. Order processing times are 2-3 business days from the date payment is received. No responsibility can be assumed for delays in delivery of the order when this is the responsibility of the couriers.
11. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by writing "Subject to Inspection" on the courier's proof of delivery . Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will no longer be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.
12. In the event of failure to collect the material stored at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Right of withdrawal
13. Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following point 15.
14. To exercise this right, the customer must send a notification to that effect within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This notification must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to:

Once we receive the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, we will promptly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods, which must arrive within 14 days of authorization.
15. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the product purchased;
- The right does not apply to customized products clearly indicated by the Customer (online order). For greater protection of both the Customer and A Garland , the Customer will be contacted before proceeding with any order that includes customizations;
- the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods;
- The purchased item must be intact (unopened and with the seals intact) and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box whenever possible. Avoid placing labels or tape directly on the product's original packaging.
- By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- If the goods are damaged during transport, we will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in our warehouses), allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
- We are not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
16. Except for any repair costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid, including any shipping costs, within 14 days of the return of the goods. This will be done by reversing the amount charged via bank transfer or credit/debit card. Refunds will be made exclusively to the purchasing customer.
17. The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in the cases where it is ascertained:
- the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product;
- damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the purchased item will be returned to the sender, after charging the shipping costs to the sender.
Privacy
18. The personal data requested during order placement is collected and processed to meet the Customer's express requests and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. We guarantee our customers compliance with the legislation regarding the processing of personal data, governed by the Privacy Code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of June 30, 2003.

Complaints
19. Any complaints must be addressed to Una Garlanda Farm by Stocchi Fratelli e C. – Cascina dell'Angelo, 13040 Rovasenda (VC) , always specifying the order number and date.
Applicable law
20. The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the relevant court of his or her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Vercelli.
