Rosa Marchetti is a prized and traditional
variety of Italian rice belonging to the group
of “medium” rice.

Rosa Marchetti WHOLEMEAL, Medium-long grain
with a full and balanced flavour, once cooked
maintains its beautiful shape while simultaneously being
soft inside and easily digestible

Cooking times 35/40 minutes and 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.

The origin of Rosa Marchetti rice is natural (not hybrid),
it is not known exactly what his lineage is,
it was introduced in 1972 by Domenico Marchetti who discovered it
and dedicated it to his wife Rosa.

The medium-sized grain is vitreous even when whole.
Excellent for risottos, its characteristics guarantee
exceptional cooking resistance and binding ability
with all the ingredients.
