coming from China.

Chinese Original WHOLE, The roundest and most compact shape
make it perfect in winter and for hot preparations.

Cooking times 35/40 minutes and 21 minutes in a pressure cooker.

It began to spread in Italy around 1904.
It was also called “abundance” for its great generosity in production.
The grain is classified as “round”; in addition to being suitable for soups, the appreciated taste and the round and compact shape,
make it excellent for “wave” risottos.
