Chinese Original WHITE, allows you to obtain soft and well-creamed risottos.
Cooking time 14 minutes and 6 minutes in a pressure cooker.
It began to spread in Italy around 1904. It was also called “abundance” for its great generosity in production. The grain is classified as “round”; in addition to being suitable for soups, the appreciated taste and the round and compact shape, make it excellent for “wave” risottos.
