Dellarole is a traditionally cultivated variety
in the Vercelli area.

Dellarole SEMI-FINISHED, Hamburg Machines
of our artisanal system, are regulated in a way
to make this process tend more towards white;

Cooking times 20 minutes and 9 minutes in a pressure cooker.

It spread considerably from the early 1900s
for its characteristics of natural precocity and productivity.
Other more famous rice varieties have taken its place over time,
but its history today makes the Dellarole a precious rarity
that comes back from the past, to satisfy
the most demanding and curious palates.
