Belonging to the “superfine long A” group,
It was first cultivated by Count Leonardi de'Decurioni in 1820.
The long years of abandonment, before the recent reintroduction,
make it a rarity today .
In the kitchen its versatility allows you to enjoy it
in various recipes, from risottos to fresh summer salads.
An ancient rice with large grains, even “finer” than Carnaroli.
