Some of our general instructions: 10 minutes of boiling in a common pot,
12 minutes for the classic risotto and 5 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Belonging to the “superfine long A” group,
It was first cultivated by Count Leonardi de'Decurioni in 1820.
The long years of abandonment, before the recent reintroduction,
make it a rarity today .
In the kitchen its versatility allows you to enjoy it
