Alcohol 11.0 vol.

It is born from the fusion of the Japanese tradition of using koji,
from the Italian classic method sparkling wine
and from the brewing one for the use of yeasts.
The alcohol content of about 11° makes it
easy to drink and pleasant to drink in any context of the day.

Refermented in the can with rice malt!

Without added carbon dioxide;
It develops naturally in the refermentation process.

No refined sugars
