Vegetable condiment based on rice and soy.
We have decided to promote and market a new and, at the same time, ancient product and food: Una Garlanda's “RICE AND SOY MISO”.
This is the result of work that began more than 10 years ago,
which allowed us to creatively use rice, from ancient and self-reproducing seeds, and soy, also from self-reproducing seeds, both grown without chemicals.
and grown among the biodiversity of trees, bushes, plants, herbs
and wild animals in our fields..
Safe ingredients, in a completely traceable and very short supply chain ,
they went from the fields directly to artisanal work,
led by Master Yukinori Muramoto .
After fermentation and a long maturation, they became Una Garlanda's MISO.
A one-of-a-kind product , unpasteurized, excellent for all those who
who want to combine the flavour with the already known purifying and beneficial properties
of this traditional condiment, rich in ferments useful for the health of the intestinal flora.
To meet all needs, even those who are not familiar with it and prefer small quantities for their first purchases, we have chosen to provide
2 formats: a 100 gram pack and a 200 gram pack,
both strictly in transparent glass.
