They join the water of the thermal springs of Nocera Umbra,
organic ingredients, strictly produced naturally:
Barley malt, Una Garlanda semi-milled rice and hops
with its harmonic notes.

The special final addition of sweet Rice Malt,
for refermentation in the bottle, allows the Una Garlanda beer
to acquire its particular “effervescence” with an artisanal process
uncommon, as it excludes the usual additions of cane sugar or refined white sugar.
